Our Story
Our experienced team provides 24-hour professional staffing, skilled nursing support, and medication management to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. We also assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and coordinate closely with healthcare providers to develop structured care plans and collaborative decision-making for each individual we serve.
At C & C Care LLC, we focus not only on medical support but also on creating a comfortable and respectful living environment. Residents benefit from nutritious daily meals, housekeeping and laundry services, and engaging social and recreational activities.
